Emulsion PCR of Lentinula edodes shotgun library (con't)
1. Emulsion breaking of the library(3 cpb and 3.5 cpb)
2. DNA carrying beads enrichment

Results
It was good that 10% enrichment was reached and there would be sufficient beads to be loaded on the PTP.

Others
1. The tendering procedures for the HK$1M titanium reagents were completed and Roche had received the order on Dec 22.
2. Platinum High-Fidelity Taq was ordered and will be delivered on Dec 29.
3. The installation and calibration of the ABI 7500 RealTime PCR machine was finished. A training couse will be arranged after the holiday. Let me know if you want to join.
